Anyone near Pensacola / Molino FL do processing?

I am wanting to try raising some meat birds, but I know that I cannot have anything to do with the "processing" part...I am too much of a sissy. Does anyone know of somewhere near Pensacola or Molino FL that offers chicken processing?
