Hi all--
I'm looking to get just about three or four more ducklings...I know there are places that do small orders, but the fees start to get a little ridiculous. (Understandably, but it still works out to like $10 a duckling sometimes!) So I figured that I'd check and see if anyone else in the area is either already planning a large order that I could chuck a few more duckies into, or if someone is in the same situation I'm in and only wants five or six.
I'm planning on ordering either from Metzer (who I used last year and was very happy with) or Ideal (who has some of the different breeds I'd like to try.)
I'm right by the five colleges in Amherst, but I am also willing to drive if someone wants the ducks shipped to them. I am in Keene quite often (at the Cheshire Horse) so would be willing to even run up there to grab my guys...or any of the area around me. I'm a college student so I have a very flexible schedule and would be there the day that they arrived to pick them up, I wouldn't expect anyone to babysit them!
