Anyone out there with breeding plumhead parakeets?

Hi, I have a 3 year old pair of plum heads that I can not get to breed. Anyone have any suggestions?

think about what kinds of birds you have them near and are they in a long enough flight cage. if they can't fly well, the cage is not big enough and they will not breed.
