I'm thinking about getting a battery brooder for raising duckings and other poultry in. I'm looking at the chick/quail brooder from Stromberg's (CQB) http://www.strombergschickens.com/products/battery_brooders.php I thought it would be neater and take up less space than the makeshift brooders I'm using now.
Has anyone raised ducklings in such a brooder? How did it work out for you?
