I have used it twice now and the first hatch was good and the next was awful. I had trouble getting the temp right when I first got it and the company sent me a new control panel. I thought it it was fine, but I have it turned it all the way up and it is just hitting 99.5 at egg level. Now my light-bulb does not flash. I have this bator in the house so it is not that cold. Is something wrong with it?
