Anyone used vitamin-b injections for a chicken?

Saw an injectable vitamin-b at the feed store today. Can I give it to a sick hen? I have a liquid oral solution but she really hates it and at this point it just adds unnecessary stress. She tolerates shots much easier and quicker. thanks ahead of time. : )

Im currently giving B Complex injections to a sick Chicken

3/4 ml twice daily
