Anyone who's moved, do you ever get homesick?

Lately I've been so homesick. Maybe it's since recently joining backyard chickens I see so many people with what I used to have. I miss having the acreage and space for birds, goats and other livestock. I'm stuck in an area where I can only have a few chickens (no roosters either). I know eventually I'll move to a better place, but it feels like it can't come fast enough. I used to spend so much time outside and doing manual labor. I feel so underworked now and I miss nature. Just felt like rambling about this somewhere. Hope everyone's having a wonderful night!

I've moved 6 times in 10 years. I feel ya. Sometimes it's the little things like getting the hankering for something and wanting to go to the store to get it only to remember that that store is 3000 miles away. Other times it's missing my old garden and better weather. Try to focus on what you CAN do instead of what you can't.
