Anyone willing to hatch eggs for me and send chicks?

I am interesting in a particular breed of silkies but she only ships eggs. I don't want to do the incubator thing and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to hatch them and mail them to me

i can do that for you, but distance is hard on eggs and chicks. so where are you from?

you will find no one will guarantee hatching eggs, i have white, black/blue, and buff silkies. other colors i would have to have shipped.

If you are within driving distance of Houston TX or Bryan TX, I can do it, or my brother can (I don't mind volunteering him). But shipping would not be something I'm comfortable with due to all the risks involved.

But I just want to toss this out to you: I was 100% totally AGAINST doing any incubating and raising of any chicks until a few weeks ago. I want a hen to raise chicks for me, and had one, but she gave up at the end of the hatch period (Day 16). I got "forced" to set-up a make-shift incubator and hatched this 1 chick. And now I am addicted. It is easier than you think. All the warnings and red-flags and problems are the minority. You plop the eggs into something where you can regulate the temps, and turn them at least 3x per day. That's it. For shipped eggs, maybe a bit more troublesome (like adding a rest-day in there and incubating fat-side-up instead of laying flat). But it's easier than you might think. I'm currently knee deep into my first official hatch in an incubator, and am loving every minute of it. (We are on Day 9 as of this afternoon.)
