What can i do, what can i expect as an outcome?

It's hard to say if that's a wound or if it's fowl pox. It doesn't look too bad if it's a wound. If it's pox it may get worse before it gets better.

I believe its a wound. As if part of the beak is cracked forward and flesh is showing underneath.

As long as it's eating and drinking okay I would leave it be and watch it.
