Aphids?

Will chickens eat aphids and spider mites, or are those too small for them to see & pick up?

i've never let my peeps out around my roses (where the #$^@! aphids are), but they've got pretty keen eyesight... i'd bet that if they noticed them, they'd eat them. with my peeps, tho, i'd worry that they'd also help themselves to whatever plant the aphids/mites were ON, too!
