I have 4 extra Spitz cockerels, all about 10-12 weeks old. Given the state of the breed, and the poor quality of birds generally available, I try to rehome any that look like they might have some potential - I'd rather these go to someone interested in the breed than go to the stew pot. These were all sired by the bird in my avatar.
(It's 100+ today, so they're all a little heat stressed)

There are 4 - they're all pretty similar. Shanks are good, crests look good for this age - one has eyes that are a little light, but they tend to get darker as they age, so he may turn out ok, may not.
I also have a couple of barnyard mix cockerels - my Spitz rooster over some barnyard mix hens that are mostly leghorn.

These should all end up being pretty thrifty roos - 4-5lbs fully grown, and able to fly pretty well. The three hens that produced these are my smartest birds - when we've had fox/coyote show up - they're on the roof.
