Apple Cidre vinegar

I add vinegar to my chickens and adult quails but I am not sure from what age I can add it to the quail chicks.
The older ones are now 3 weeks old and the younger ones 3 days.

Why do you use it? Make sure there's always fresh water as an option. Some people swear by the stuff. I wouldn't give it to younger birds personally.

The vinegar stays in my kitchen; the chickens don't need it!
