Approx 6 weeks old Can you tell me gender?

We picked up 2 new Chickens yesterday and were told they were pullets. My city does not permit Roosters. I believe the partridge color one is indeed a pullet but the bit lighter one I am thinking rooster because of tail feathers. They are supposed to be Easter Eggers. Can you also tell me the proper color name? I want to get them outside in a new run once it warms up but I can't keep the one if he is a rooster.
