Aracaunas not laying yet?

I Have 2 Aracaunas they are 6 months old and still not laying. they should have started by now. the only other time this happened was with the barred rocks i raised last year and they lay good now. i kept them on start and grow till they were 20 weeks.can anyone tell me if this has happened to them and why?

I've never had Araucanas be late layers, mine always begin from 17-24 weeks. I'm curious, are you sure they're Araucanas, not Easter Eggers? Easter Eggers can be late, early, whatever. They do vary.
