so I have had this im thinking pullet for possibly a month I am thinking he/she is 3 months old so can anyone help me find its gender?

I think that it is more than three months old, and that it is a pullet. However, your photos make it difficult to see the neck/head and back feathers clearly. A entire side-profile photo (without the head being cut off, as in one of your photos) would help. A close-up photo of the tail area would make sexing easier, too.

dont have a tail close up though she is very spooky and hates being picked up but hope this picture helps

looks like a pullet to me.And I also think she is older than 3 months, probably somewhere between 4-5 months

She is a pullet, but is not three months old. I agree with CCCCCCCCHICKENS that she looks more like a 4-5 month old.

It also looks like her comb is getting a little red too, so she should start laying soon
