Araucana? Atwoods Chick possibly a couple weeks old

No there are rumped arucana's

There are rumpless/rumped and tufted/tuft-less araucana. It is more likely to be an EE or americana though.

Not sure if this will help someone identify it but if you look closely there is some blue tinting around the eyes.. When I first saw this I thought he/she was sick..

Araucanas are rumpless and have tuffs. Although there are some outside of the U.S. that are called Araucanas too, but they look different. Ameraucanas and araucanas that don't fit the strict standards are considered EEs. Hatcheries also label their EEs "Americanas", but they are just mixes with a blue egg gene.
