Are 5gal waterers patented?

I was thinking of making some of the chicken waterers using five gallon buckets and chicken nipples and selling them on Craigslist. Are they patented? Thanks in advance for your help.

May not be patented but in Farmtek catalog the price is ridiculous! It's like $50 for a clear 5 gallon bucket with lid nipple waterer;-) Funny. I think you'll do pretty good with your idea.
