I’ve had Noir marans before and they were hefty chicks.
I have a BCM who is half the size of all my other chicks. It’s suffering from chronic pasty butt for several days, but I haven’t had to clean her since this morning, so I’m hoping that’s past.
I’ve seen her eating and drinking well today. She’s noisy and kind of bowling balls through the other chicks.
I’ve lost 2/9 chicks, and I’m really hoping she makes it! I’ve had her for a week, so she’s probably a week and a few days old.
