Are bobwhites kept in groups or pairs?

I am trying to get started with bobwhite eggs, are they best in pairs or groups, if groups then how many in that group?

Depends on the size of your enclosure. They can be raised as pairs in a 4sq.ft. cage or as many as 25 or 26 birds in a 300 sq.ft. enclosure. Even in large enclosures you will have quibbling among the group.
It just depends on the temperment of the birds.
