Ok so I thought I did all the research about whether or not you could own chickens in Cold Spring Kentucky but I am very confused now. I looked at the ordinances and read them and all they state is you cant sell dyed chickens. However when I called the Municipal Office they said you cant own chickens, but when I called the animal shelter they said you could. Is there anyone in Cold Spring KY who knows if I can or cant own them? Thank you
