From what I have seen on the Trader Joe Hatching thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=290845&p=1 , they all appear to be white Leghorns. No sex-linking.

Whole Foods is supposed to have fertile brown eggs. One person stated they thought they were Red Stars (a Rhode Island Red/Rhode Island White cross). If so, they should be sex-linkable. Male chicks will be yellow, female chicks will be orange-ish

The birds that laid the eggs will be sex links. In the case of white eggs probably by feather sexing and in the case of the brown eggs by down color. However the chicks that come from those links will not sex link. It does not carry to the next generation. So the answer to your question is no the Trader Joes will not be sexable as chicks, nor will the brown egg layers.
sorry.
