Are Ducks...

Do laws for chickens the same for ducks?
In the county my dad lives in you can not have chickens, cows, horses, etc unless you have 5+ acres. He has a small pond....Do you think ducks fall under that law?
Whos to say they arent wild?

What county is it? I'm sure you can have ducks if have a pond or a good water source for them. Besides you're right, whose to say they aren't wild!
