Are his red mites gone?

I have been treating my rooster for 2 weeks now. With northern fowl mites powder. I dont see bugs on him anymore but hes got white eggs on him that have been there for 2 weeks, and they havent hatched. Is he ready for the coop?

I believe the white eggs are from lice, not mites. Here's some info:

Ok. I guess mites. Them eggs have been there forever. They should be dead right?
