Are mandarin ducks still laying this time of year?

Im just wondering if it’s possible that Mandarin ducks would still be laying this time of year?

Not usually, but you are able to purchase juveniles/adults at this time from hobby and local breeders, as well as bigger farms. They usually lay in early spring to early summer -
Around April and May most commonly.

No they are not still laying. Mine stopped laying in June.
