Are my black sexlinks pullets?

New chick momma here! I have two black sexlinks that were sold to me as pullets but wanted to see if any others had girls with distinct combs? Neither one of them had white spots on their heads when I got them but one comb is more distinct than the other girls. both are pictured

Male BSLs have barring while females don't. The headspot at hatch is from the barring gene.
No headspot when chicks, no barring now = not males.
They do have the very typical female BSL coloring. No worries for you, they're pullets
 
New to this, please don't laugh. What does barred mean or look like?

Everything black and white striped (or black and white "barred") is male, and the black birds with some coppery coloring are female. They're a very pretty cross of chicken; enjoy your girls!
