are my chicks going to be okay

there crop is so full it looks like they have a gumball in there.my mom put alot!!!!! of food in there brooder

How old are your chicks? What kind of food did they have?

they are a month and it was chick starter feed ir look like crumbs

Those are good questions. We might be able to help you if you can tell us those two things. Normally chickens will not over eat but if they have the wrong food it may be harmful.

The crop empties overnight so I'd wait til morning to see if they are still gorged. Could just be normal. Are they drinking enough water? If theyve been getting treats at all you should give them some chick grit too.
