are my hens fighting?

i have a hen that grabs another hen by the back of the neck, are they fighting?
one i know is female ( no comb ) the other has a small comb. my roosters have large combs.....help me do i need to separate them or?

Its part of maintaining the pecking order from what you said. They make their own rules about what violates the order. The one being grabbed did some infraction that the other didn't like. It can escalate if there are repeated offenses, but it usually settles down.
