Are respiratory problems deadly? HELP!!

Two of my chicks (7 weeks) have caught a nasty illness where they are sneezing and wheezing regularly! I don’t know which problem it is but i know its bad news. They have been isolated with ACV in their water. Please help me! The wheezing is getting bad! I’ve tried olive oil and bread but nothing has worked! What should I do?! These chicks were supposed to be for egg laying, meaning I have gotten quite attached! HELP! What treatment is there?! Is this disease due to kill them?! They are eating and drinking fine!

Could upload a video of them wheezing to youtube/Vimeo and copy/paste the link here? People often mistake wheezing with panting caused by too much heat.

I don’t think i am able to do that but they are definitely not panting. i live in england and the weather here is not very good!

You make it very hard for us to help you without providing us with a video, we need to see what you're seeing.
