Are runts commons?

We've discovered that we've got a runt among us. She is a cute little cinnamon queen (1 of 10) that is noticeably smaller than the others. Since I am new to chickens, I was wondering if runts are common, o rif there was anything that I needed to worry about?

I have a runt in our flock and she is one the more dominant hens in the coop. She lays nice eggs as well and has no problems at all. Just make sure the other hens are letting her eat and drinkbut if they've been together there shouldn't be a problem
