Are Silver Spangled Hamburgs considered bantams?

There are both large fowl silver spangled hamburgs (a medium sized bird) and there are bantams.

Thank you, my dad wanted them, but he did not want bantams.

They are not particularly large birds with roosters weighing around 5 # and hens around 4 #.
