Are some eggs (Breed) more creamy and rich than others?
I read an ad on e-bay selling BC Maran eggs and this
statement was made. "When we cook are baked goods they
are cooked only with marans eggs. It gives a more creamy rich flavoring to your baking."

I'd say that's probably just a tall tale. Eggs are all about the same if the chickens are raised the same way.

There is a difference in yolk to white ratio, though. But I think that depends on the size of the egg, not necessarily the breed of the chicken. So if you want lots of egg white for a souffle or meringue, use jumbo eggs.
