Are the black spots on my cockerel’s comb & wattles from fighting?

This morning I noticed black spots on one of our Bielefelder’s comb & battles. Is this from fighting or disease? We have 26 chickens including 8 cockerels. All are 19 weeks old & raised together. The Bielefelders are fairly calm, sweet boys. One of the 3 Easter Egger boys is aggressive towards the other chickens. I haven't seen him go after the Bielfelder boys, but I've seen him be mean to the girls on a regular basis when I feed them, so I'm assuming he goes after the boys too. We will be taking the mean boy & a few pulletts to show & sell Saturday. Just wondering if getting rid of the mean boy will solve the issue with black spots on the combs/wattles or if I have something else going on here.

Try washing it off with a damp cloth.
Does look like a drop of dried blood.

It might or might not....multiple males can be a real PITB.
Good idea. I tried rubbing it gently yesterday with no luck, but I’ll try a damp cloth tomorrow.
