Are there zoning ordinances for chickens in Crossville TN?

Relocating to Crossville TN and wondering what areas allow backyard chickens, I want to bring my girls with me...

There is no zoning in Crossville http://www.crossvilletn.gov/index.php/departments/codes-enforcement/zoning-information

All I can find about chickens is not to have them run "at large"

Crossville town hall says Crossville city wide is restricted. Also Fairfield Glade and Lake Tansi Resorts. There also may be restrictions by subdivision. They directed me to Cumberland County Register of Deeds office - they have the restrictions on file
