Are these all Black Minorcas?

Okay....we got these chicks a few weeks ago and were told they were Black Minorcas and all hatched on Feb 23. My question is why are some of them feathering in totally different? We have 6 of them 3 feathering out beautifully and 3 well... not so... ???


I believe these are 2 cockerels --- but us you can see the one on the left has very little to no tail feathers compared to the one on the right.



Here is the "bald" cockerel -- his feathers just don't seem to be coming in like the others.



Here is the fully feathered cockerel--notice how long his tail feathers are?


Here are 2 pullets -- same situation as the cockerels -- no tail feathers and other feathers coming in VERY slow.

Any input would be great -- are they 2 different breeds possibly??

Cockerels can feather out more slowly, and some may feather out at different times anyway. Good luck!
