Are these boys or girls?

I have a couple in my flock I'm wondering about. RIRs, 6 weeks old. These pics are 2 different birds.

I don't have any restrictions against roosters, but I also don't want to give neighbors cause to complain. So if I end up with any roosters, there is a good chance they will go to the stew pot.

well I THINK i see wattles and if I am right I think they are both cockerels.

Yeah, that's what I thought. But I really, really hope we're wrong.
