Are These Call Ducks? or What?

I bought the eggs for these at a auction and they were sold to me as Call Duck eggs.
The eggs were white with a light tint of green to them.

When they hatched i have showed them to alot of folks and they said what cute Calls.
But then someone told me on another thread they were Long Billed Calls and were Pet Quality.
Today i had someone tell me on BYC that they are White Mallards ?!?!
Here are the pics can someone please tell me what they are

I wanted to add they don't Quack like my Cayuga's they have a high pitch yak yak Quack

I'd say Pet quality calls

They are gorgeous and it shouldnt matter if they are pet quality or not I love yours!!!

Will you be selling hatching eggs? seriously. LOL

The only difference is our birds (yours and mine) aren't that compact little body, short billed and pingpong ball faced and longer legs and in some cases not as tiny...they're still purty

It does look like pet quality calls. The bills are too long. Still VERY cute. Show quality call ducks don't look like real ducks anyway. The look like evil Anime characters come to life

So doe's anyone think they are White Mallards?

There is no way for us to answer really whether they are Calls or Mallards without knowing their background. Yes, they look more like White Mallards (to me anyways). If they were bred from Calls though, then they are "pet quality" Calls and perhaps will retain some Call characteristics.

Calls are simply Mallards (as are pretty much all other breeds, but Muscovies) that have been selectively bred for a certain appearance and function (their loud call). They look more like White Mallards though then White Calls to me.

Gosh I'm so sad ( I thought they were long billed Calls and now i'm not sure.

Looked up white mallards and mine look like some of those ..............
Now i can't sell their young or eggs because i don't know what they are................Sad
I don't know their background i hatched eggs i guess i could look at my ticket and call the person i bought the eggs from if i can find them.............

You don't know how much this means to me i have always wanted calls and when i got the eggs i was thrilled.
They are such good little ducks i just love them

If the person sold them to you as Calls, then they probably are pet quality Calls. White Mallards are harder to come by than White Calls though.
