Are these cockerels or pullets and what breed are they??

I got 2 straight run chickens a little over a month ago and I can not for the life of me figure out what gender or breed they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! (also I know the pictures are a bit blurry, if more are needed please let me know)

Where did you get them?
I'm leaning hamburg mixes... the first doesn't have a distinct pattern, like a hamburg does, I'm wondering its a mix of a hamburg and a sebright.
They're a bit young to confirm gender, although I speculate the first one is a cockerel.

I had gotten them at Tractor Supply.
No wonder I haven't been able to find much that look like them, Thank You!
