Are these cornish cross meat birds?

The first one does look like a meatie, I would say second pic is a fullbred Cornish.

They do sort of look like them. Know how old they are?

Second one absolutely not. First one probably. Help us out a little, where did you get them? What is the backstory? If they are the same age can you show a photo with them side by side so we can see see difference.

We got them with some chicks we bought from a farm. He said they were RIR and plymouth rock crosses, but he has tons of chickens of just about every kind. Do they look like roosters to you?

They grew way faster than others their age, but we also got a lot of bantams from him too.

Yes, they both look like males to me.

That backstory didn't help me as much as I'd hoped it would. That makes it a lot less likely that is a Cornish Cross meat bird. It still looks like one though. You never mentioned age, that might help. But it's not just size with Cornish Cross. They often grow so fast that their feathers can't keep up. Those bare spots kind of say meat bird.

They are 6 weeks. We have no desire to keep meat birds. We keep layers only. Have someone who wants meat birds so just wondering.
