Are these EE's pullets or cockerels?

These 12 week old EE's were sold as pullets; but are they? Mistakes happen. All help is greatly appreciated.

Shape of the body, comb size, shape of the feathers in the neck (Hackle) and saddle feathers.

It's hard to see their combs/wattles in your pics, but if they were roosters, they would have been at least a very deep pink or red and larger than these. Do a search on this site and you'll see other posts showing what an EE roo would look like. I saw one earlier today about the same age as yours and it was clearly a roo.

Thanks! So if they were to be roo's wouldn't they already have longer, curved tailfeathers?

Yes, they would already have those shiney black irridescent tail feathers.

Nah, I hope they lay you pretty blue/green eggs when they mature a bit more.
