Are these eggs developing?

Hello,
This is my first time hatching eggs and I have two eggs and I don’t know if they are developing. They are both around day 10. I just used a flahslight to candle both of them, and the light is not super strong, but this is what I saw......I just wanted to see what some people thought about them.

#1 looks like it is infertile. #2, hard to tell from a photo. Any movement? Did you candle at day 7? If I had to guess, I'd say #2 was a quitter.

At 10 days you should see a lot of veining and an obvious embryo . I'm sorry but in my opinion from that photo it looks like germination hasn't occured. Maybe someone else will chime in. Hard to tell exactly from a photo ,but you should also see movement.

Egg #1 looks infertile to me...
Egg #2 is hard to tell, but I think it is fertile. Can you get another picture?

In the second photo are you candling from the large end of egg? If not another photo could help. Also if you have a flashlight on your cell phone it makes a much better candler.

Thanks for everybody's help!!! I took some more pics of egg #2 using my phone flahlsight. I saw movement in the other eggs I had set that I know are fertile, but I couldn’t tell on this one. You can't see much, but that is kinda what it looks like in person.

It doesn't look good. When in doubt, wait 3 or 4 more days and try again. A comparison should tell the tale. Also, when you have a questionable egg, use your nose. be on the look out for a "dead" smell.

I agree . Looks empty but it doesn't hurt to give it a little more time to be absolutely sure.
