We are on day 7 for 20 duck eggs. I have 1 that’s not fertile and 2 that, I believe, are early quitters. What do you think? I don’t want to pull them out if they are still alive but I also don’t want them contaminating the others. I will include pics of the three eggs and of a good egg as well.

I agree with you, 1st looks infertile, 2nd and 3rd are very questionable but its hard to see on camera, zooming in on the 3rd, I think I can see some veining, or perhaps a blood island, but it's impossible to say. 4th looks brilliant.
But I wouldnt discard any eggs until day 10.
Only remove if any start to smell, they wont be a risk to your healthy egg until that point, then at day 10, any bad eggs are a risk and I would remove any which aren't showing development.
See, some eggs can develop slower, especially if the incubator has cool spots. It's usually worth waiting a bit longer.

I ended up pulling the non-fertile egg out and leaving the other two in. Will check them again on day 10. I am systematically rotating the eggs around the incubator twice a day to give all eggs a chance to be in hot/cool spots.
