Are these eggs fertile or not?

Looks like it to me, but I'm not an expert. Can't really tell on the second pic though.

Well infertile has a dot and fertile has a bullseye they say and these look like dots to me but idk

Fertile has a circle fertilized has the bullseye.
Their definitely fertile but I don't think fertilized.
This is my hens egg and the roo fertilized so it can be a baby if I incubated.
