Just cracked these for scrambled egg and wonder if they're fertile? I am really hoping they are as from my only serama hen.

I tried incubating from her eggs a couple of weeks ago but nothing developed.

Yes. They are fertile.

Great. Those were from the last two days. How long can I collect them and know they are fertile?

After a successful breeding, the female will lay fertile eggs for as long as 3 weeks and longer in some breeds. But I would start collecting now and keep the male with her.

When you store eggs, make sure the temperature of the room temp. is no more than 15 degrees Celsius (maybe in a garage) otherwise if the room temp. is above 20 degrees, the eggs may start to develop and then die because it isn't warm enough
