Are these eggs ok

I was told that if I cracked an egg it should have a dot on it if its fertile but when I did it I found something I've never noticed before and just wondering if anyone can help me with this btw it's the white stringy think at the side

Normal. That's the chalazae. I don't see the blastodisc well enough in this pic to indicate fertility. Be aware all eggs have a blastodisc. It's only fertile if you see a blastoDERM.

IsThat's the wee white dot on the fertile egg if so it's on the on the other side of that egg

That's probably it. If it's very small it's probably not fertile. But turn the yolk over and snap a pic.

It's way more noticeable than what it seems in the pics I was able to see it right away
