Are these hens? Backyard mix & barenavelders

Wondering about all these, & both the grey ones in that photo, hatched 17 chicks on march 31st and it just seems most of them are roo’s, some very obvious some as not, these ones are some i wonder about being hens? And i would presume if they are they should start laying soon, going by colour of their combs, would love to know, thank you

16 weeks old? All look like pullets to me.

The black one from the comb color being really red looks like she should be laying soon. I'd guess these are all hens from what I'm seeing.

Are the black w red black sexlinks? I have some in the brooder and I imagine this is what they'll look like.
