Are these hens or roosters?

Hello,
Both of these were sold to me as Pullets. The first is a silkie/sultan cross or at least that’s what I was told. The second is an Easter egger, from a different reputable hatchery, which I was told is harder to tell until they are full grown. They are both around 12 weeks old.

Cross is cockerel, EE is pullet.
