Guineas cannot be sexed from pictures.

Listen to their calls. Hens can make a two syllable call referred to as "buck wheat" while males do not make that two syllable sound.

When I zoomed in I saw dotting on the feathers. White is solid white, no dots. As for breeding season, where are you located? How old are your guineas?

I'm guessing male and female by looking at their waddles. But again that is only a guess. Also note, the female can make the same sounds as the male but the male cannot make her sounds. So listen to them sing and talk.
