Are these pure bred silkies? Were they sexed correctly?

I recently bought these three silkies. Two blacks and one splash. I was told they are pure silkies and one was a roo and two were hens. Now I am beginning to question of they are pure silkies and if they are even sexed correctly.I couldn't get a good picture of the black hen so these are the splash hen and the black roo. Any thoughts?

The top looks like a pullet and the bottom one looks like a cockerel. They look like they're pure bred although they are hatchery quality because they have small crests and your cockerel has a single comb
