Are these roosters?

I got these two mid-summer as pullers, and they did look it then. I guess today is the first time I've really looked closely at them again and I'm thinking.... Those are roosters! Can you guys confirm?

Also, do they look like buff Cochins to you? I notice they don't have feathery feet.

They look like Buff Orpingtons and you are right, they are all roosters. You can tell from the saddle feathers and comb size/redness.
