Are these still alive?

We have two hens are sitting in eggs. The eggs are between 18-23 days. One baby hatched four days ago. But there are no signs if the other eight hatching. We candled them in the early stages, and they were all clearly fertilized. It is normal that they look like this now? The air cells aren’t attached.

I've only raised ducks, but I would think that's no longer a viable egg if you're not able to see blood vessels anymore.

Can you see any blood veins or movement
To me it doesn’t look good but pics can be different then in person
